Well i did some more tinkering, removed ram, started on 1 stick, put old card i had lying around, and it worked finally, shut down then re added the other stick of ram.

So my guess is the nvidia drivers 191 nuked my card, from what i read on the web.

Because the card worked fine when i shut down the PC, when i powered it back up the card was totally dead.

If you ask me that freaking sucks.

When I power on the system the LED light flashes red, and there are 6 beeps.

I read the manual and it says its the video card i think, however I removed it, put a new one in and the system has the same problem.

Only other thing on the list in the main board, and im not spending money to replace that.

I won the PC from the contest from SlashGear last year.

But when i look at the warranty on HP website it says
Warranty type Service type Start date End date Status Service level Deliverables
Base Warranty Wty: HP Parts Exchange Support
28 Jul 2008 03 Oct 2008 Expired

But on Case it says 3/3/3 years, so im confused.

Anyone know what I should do?

I have a Sony PS3 and the controller is a sixaxis standard controller which came with the console. I had to change the battery all together as it had died. I bought a new battery on E-Bay from a reputable dealer and installed it in the controller,it was the correct battery for this controller. I then noticed when I plugged the controller in to the console the battery was not charging at all. I have another new Dual Shock Controller which works perfectly well so it is not the leads from the controller. The first controller is wireless and with the wire attached it will operate the console and all it's functions, but when you remove the wire it will not work. I have never dropped the controller or treated it roughly. There are no red flashing lights on the console to tell me its recharging. I would appreciate any advice given.
